UV Transfer machine

1,The machine combines the technology of film coating and pressure transfering with the UV curing equipments.Suitable for the transfer working of calcium silicate board,glass magnesium board,cement fibrelite plate,plastic,metal,many kinds of woodware,etc.

2,Material:the shell is welded by 1.5mm cold rolled steel plate,the surface is treated by liquid paint,the stand is made up of 100*50mm channel,the cantiliver is made up of 20cm steel plate. 

3,Coating part:using single coating system,which is made up of rubber roller and steel roller.Equipped with pneumatic actuator to adjust the guide wheel,making sure that the film paper is coated uniformly.  

4,Fitting part:both roller press the same time,making the film fitted on the surface uniformly,and preventing the film wrinkled though its self-adjustment devices.

5,UV transfer film unwinding tension controller adopts French imported products,The tension detector is sensitive,rapidly feedback to adjust film tension in time to ensure uniform film coating.Expanding roll adopts bending rubber roller,eliminate wrinkles before the transfer film,so the film and the board completely fit.

6,Using alloy aluminum guide which is arranged symmetry arc-shaped,the surface of the guide is treated with white anodizing,other wheel face runs out not over 0.05mm,dynamic balance not over 5g,using two new special adhesive tape flat roller(128*1400),one debar open roller(90*1400)and one arc-shaped roller(100*1400),making sure that the transfer woking is stable. 

7,The infrared oven module use PID module to control the temperature of the oven automatically,keeping the best constant temperature to keep the glue be the best viscosity no mater what the enviroment is outside. 

8,The tension of the waste roller can be adjusted manually,to make sure that the film and the plate can be seperated smoothly after transfering

9,UV curing department is made up of five independent light box,to make sure that the UV pattern can be cured best,the hight and angle can be adjusted.

10,The UV lampshade use professional light-reflect (German alanod),reflect ultraviolet ray,durable in use,improve 30% of the untraviolet ray usage,the lampshade can be turned over. 

11,Safe devices:equipped with ELCB,over load protection for motor,set switch,control circuit of insurance.

12,Electrical :relay,CHNT switch,CKC delay switch,imported switch from japan,all matched the CE standard.
